  The Cozy Yogi... Its a top quality studio on Lake Ave in between downtown and Bryant Park... All teachers are good. Morning classes are gentle, others are stronger - check schedule http://www.cozyyogi.com/

  Hi to you all, I am Cara Abaldo . I teach at Cozy Yogi, (link provided above and again here), www.cozyyogi.com. There will be a free yoga class at 4 pm this afternoon! Donations welcome. I also teach at the Lake Worth playhouse on Tues & Thursday mornings from 9 -10:15 am.
