Ken Marcussen, there is an instructor at Cozy Yogi who was trained in Kripalu. His name is Dave King and he teaches on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 11-12:15 am smile emoticon

Hi to you all, I am Cara Abaldo . I teach at Cozy Yogi, (link provided above and again here), www.cozyyogi.com. There will be a free yoga class at 4 pm this afternoon! Donations welcome. I also teach at the Lake Worth playhouse on Tues & Thursday mornings from 9 -10:15 am.

Me too Linda Kaminsky! Yoga Path comes recommended, but they are up in West Palm Beach near Okeechobee. I'm looking more specifically for the Kripalu (gentle-style) yoga. thanks! grin emoticon

$2 at Finland House once a month on a Tuesday; $1 at American Finnish Club once a month on a Thursday and she does other classes other days at Finland House for $5
