  Scott M. wrote: Have taken my dog before but will never again. New location (which she hasn't bothered changing) is very small so they don't want you there more than 5 minutes early. Her voice explains all this in a rather condescending manner. My wife showed 7 minutes early and was told to wait outside, so she did. The owner scowled and complained about her early arrival and didn't understand why she would do that. So after the 2 minutes she continued to berate and told my wife "maybe you're not a good fit". My wife left. She sent 2 very long texts later. Neither included an apology but reinforced her rules and that she was stressed. She just rambled on how she can't do what the larger groomers do. What's that, treat people respectfully? Don't waste your time, like she did our's.
