  Does anybody know a groomer who is greatly experienced with cats? I have a long haired Angora cat and she is full of knots. She is very hard to groom. She hates it and the knots are horrible this winter. She is an inside cat and I feel like the only way to help her out is for her to get shaved. I have tried shaving off a few knots here and there but she will not stay still long enough for me to get them. She looks awful and I feel terrible as it must be uncomfortable for her.

  Thankyou Melissa Ross Pensak .....Ive been the groomer at the animal hospital if putnam for 17 years....cats and dogs. ..we offer sedation if needed,, but only on last resort..id rather not sedate unless necessary. ...even if we are not your usual vet, as long as you have proof of shots, you can still come in for just grooming...its worth a try-i am told im great at what I do smile emoticon smile emoticon ....860-928-1931 to schedule an appointment.

  Animal hospital of Putnum! Dr.k is great. I like Dr. Smith too. 860-928-1931. They also have 24 hour care!
