About us
We're offering martial arts all year round. Our summer and winter camps are the best in the area. The younger ones can have fun in camp, while the older ones build leadership skills. The lessons we're offering are a mixture of kickboxing, karate, jujitsu, and capoeira with the focus being on kickboxing. Asian weapon training is included as well. There is the nun-chaku, bo staff, katana, and kama. You can also book the instructor Stephanie Gilbert for private classes or a reflexology session.

The little ones are not all year round though, cause I usually put them into the schedule in the morning and I work at Ski Roundtop as a snowboard instructor during the winter in the morning.
