  Recommendation for good concrete / foundation contractor? Good evening all, I recently purchased a house built in the late 50's. I have a cold room in the basement just underneath the concrete stairs leading to the main entrance. The cold room concrete is peeling and cracking at the top. I basically need a contractor to check it out and scrap parts of it and apply a new layer + some reinforcement such as a steel bar at the top. Not too sure how this would cost. Any recommendations for a good established contractor with BBB accreditations would be much appreciated. Thank you.
