About us
When we first opened The Glen in 1988 we could not have predicted the incredible experience that we would share with the Ottawa community in the coming decades. Through it all, our faithful clients have been an important part of our lives, and we cannot thank them enough for the support that they have shown our family.
As we enter our third decade in business, we are happy to welcome James, Kathleen’s son and John and Luciana’s nephew, who joins us to carry on our family tradition at The Glen. We are all eager to continue providing new clients, old friends, and our family with many more years of great food and good company at The Glen.

It is planned for December 27th, with approximately 55 people expected to attend. I was ready to order the "Instant Cocktail Party" from Thyme & Again, but unfortunately since they are closed on December 26th, they are not able to accommodate any catering orders for December 27th. I'm wondering if anyone in this group either offers something similar, or might be able to recommend someone who does. Thanks very much.Marieke A. replied:I HIGHLY recommend The Glen Scottish Pub - Red Seal Certified head chef, and they cater anything from parties to family reunions to fancy weddings... Don't let the name fool you! NOT pub food! I had them cater my parents 40 th wedding anniversary... Our main was Pan Seared Salmon with Creole Sauce. Served with Quinoa Pilaf and Broccolini.
