Hi, I’m Rosie – wife; mum to 2 boys; and owner of Fit Mama. After I had Spencer I struggled to find time and motivation to exercise and I was lonely!
I tried joining a gym but it wasn’t social, it was expensive and I still couldn’t find time to get there between feeds, naps and spending time with my husband. It was then I decided West Auckland needed an exercise class that was child-friendly, affordable and fun.
I started Fit Mama and all my convenient daily excuses disappeared. I began exercising regularly, socialising, losing weight and making friends with other mums, all at the same time. Above all I felt like I had a place in my community and new purpose to my days.
Two years later I am training over 40 women per week, maintaining my fitness and making new friends. I look forward to each Bootcamp and as a bonus my 2 boys get to socialise too!
Luckily for you, there’s no need to go to such lengths, as there is an active and supportive community of mums just waiting to help you get your fitness back.

At Fit Mama we believe having children shouldn’t stop you from being able to exercise. We want you to have the opportunity to get fit and have fun without the stress of having to find a babysitter. Fit Mama allows you to:

We encourage you to involve your children in your workouts to inspire healthy habits and an active lifestyle. - Work alongside like-minded women. We are all mums and understand if you and/or your baby are grizzly, hungry or tired – we’ve all been there! - Do something for yourself. As a mum, you typically spend all of your time looking after other people. We want you to get involved in something that makes YOU feel good. - Exercise at an affordable rate.
