  i have a friend who is going through custody. The court order for this is every other saturday for six hours i believe. He is not upbolding this agreement and the police department won't do anything about it. I need some suggestions. Does anyone know a good inexpensive lawyer or something? He cant do that right?

  I don't have personal experience and I don't understand what you mean by "He can't do that right?" Because I don't know what exactly he's doing in the "not upholding" of the agreement...but I do know where people that I know have gone for free assistance...here's hoping for a good outcome...
