  Dr. Philbin Annapolis office (410-263-5600 or Kent Island 410-643-6636 Lol Dana Sedensky Barish prefers the Kent Island office! Its closer & never as busy as the Annapolis office! They are awesome & have interest free affordable payment plans. We had 3 or 4 other consults and Chose them. Madison finished phase 1 and once she looses the rest of her baby teeth she'll get the 2 nd phase! Hunter will only need to get them once. For him it's really when we are ready.
