Dr. Koterwas is great! I shopped around and his prices were more reasonable. On top of that though, he is very gentle and sweet. Very quiet and considerate. His staff is helpful as well and gets to know you quickly. Would highly recommend making an appt for a consult.

I went to Dr. Krishnan for years, and at the end I was extremely UNHAPPY with my results. He then proceeded to tell me that he never said my teeth would be perfect... If I am spending thousands of dollars I expect them to be perfect. I now see Dr. Berkinshaw in Annapolis. He is AWESOME and I wish I went to him since day 1!!!

Dr. Koterwas Orthodontics - MUCH less of the automated assembly line feel and better pricing than Dr.Krishnan in our experience. --Shop around and educate yourself. Most offer free estimates.

Both of my girls went to Dr. Bonner. He is awesome. He is very friendly with the kids and the parents. He is honest, if there is something they don't need done right away, he will tell you.He has an office in Severna Park, Edgewater and Crofton. The Severna Park number is 410-647-4900. Highly recommend. They have a facebook page; All Smiles Orthodontics.

we did not do braces here but, I had checked out all the local orthodonitist when we moved here. Since my daughter was so close to being done with treatment we opted to stay with her ortho in VA to finish treatment. Philbin & Reinheimer Orthodontics was who I would have used after going to the different one's I liked his plan of treatment, how he was with my daughter and the over all office staff. When we start treatment with my 8 yr old I plan to use him for her treatment While I think Dr Tull and Behling are great dentist their office leaves alot to be desired. We were patients of his at that time and had some billing issues. Ortho insurance is tricky (I did this when I lived in VA for a job) so you need an office that knows how to bill for it to get your max benefit.

@Kristin. Funny I had a billing problem with Philbin and Reinheimer office. My husband just finished up Invisaline treatment with them. He liked them fine for care. They sent me a final bill and I thought it was already paid off. I paid it through on line banking. Then I got a call a week or so later saying I didn't owe anything. Then why did I get a bill for $200?????

Dr Tull, we've had 4 children grow up with him. Years ago he actually walked to his office when it was in the Cape to meet us for my son's emergency in a deep snow. Another time when a son had an emergency procedure when he was out of town he came by our home to check on him on a Sunday when he got back in town. Great guy and loves kids. I highly recommend Trahar Orthodontics. I have two kids in braces now and have been super-pleased with Dr. Trahar and her staff. And she has these "Points Cards" that the kids can add points to - being on time, brushing when arriving, and other seasonal contests to add points, with prizes and gift cards. My younger one loves this.

They are awesome & have interest free affordable payment plans. We had 3 or 4 other consults and Chose them. Madison finished phase 1 and once she looses the rest of her baby teeth she'll get the 2 nd phase! Hunter will only need to get them once. For him it's really when we are ready.
