  Anyone know who to get ahold of about rescuing some kittens(maybe adult cats)?! I've seen multiple in the area & are not in good shape, the kitten I seen today may be 6 months at best, very thin, & missing hair around back end & legs, was walking funny. Needs vet attention ASAP.   Does anyone know of any vets anywhere in Central IL that's accepts payment plans? I called everywhere in Decatur, and was turned down. Also denied for care credit. My cat is coughing and breathing heavily and we need to get him seen. Please no negative comments. I am a great pet owner, just going through a hard time financially right now.
