And having always been around horses she has asked for my help... However I am unfamiliar with riding schools around Guildford where she lives so am hoping some of you could advise me on good riding schools in or around that area that will take good care of her?   Hiya. In a couple of months (around September time) I'll be looking for a grass livery for my 16hh mare. Must be close to Dorking/Guildford. I need somewhere that has turn out all year and will check on her daily etc. She's really easy and well behaved with other horses. I'll be moving to London but will be back on the weekends to hack out every now and again. Looking for recommendations and prices so I can get a bit more organised! Preferably somewhere I can have lessons.....I'm 34 years old and want to get back in the saddle after I lost my horse 7 years ago. I was just going to go for lessons but I'd quite like to be a bit more involved than that. PM me if anyone has any ideas.......TIA

  Looks like you have lots of lovely options! We are a riding school in shere, we offer a variety of options from lessons where we are more than happy for you to do as little or as much care (bring in/groom/tack up) as you like, or shares of the riding school horses and ponies, or regular help on the yard in exchange for lessons. She hasn't ridden for quite a number of years and they live in aldershot, but don't mind travelling.. Is anyone aware of a riding school that takes out hacks that would suit this lady? I know sometimes hard to find ones that don't do an assessment lesson first....
