I used Tauscher Cronacher 516-766-1019 for a report on foundation damage and also including the "substantial damage" language. -Rachel

I just had Monte Leeper come and look at my house. Charged me $200 and is suppose to come back on Tuesday with the letter. Not sure why he can't mail it but we will see what happens on Tuesday if there is an additional charge attached to it. His phone number is 516-678-1978. I will let you know what happens with him on Tuesday.
