  Kind of frustrated. Caitlin was sent home from school again. Even though her doctor is great, I feel like Im hitting a brick wall constantly with her pediatrician and Im thinking about switching her pediatrician. She goes to physicians to children. Do any of my Roanoke/Salem friends know of a good pediatrician?

  Carilion Pediatric Associates 4040 Postal Drive, South Roanoke near Cave Spring Corner. Shelly Byrd RNP is who we see even though the kids have primary care physicians. Shelly is wonderful. Both kids feel very comfortable and being that she is a mom she empathizes with you well. I can't remember my son's actual pediatrician's name but he used to be the pediatric coroner in Roanoke and got back into working with children still alive to try to save kids. 772-4453.
