  This just in from a Realtor friend: Two other home inspectors: mike Steinle w home check pro (599-6200), and Steve Hancock w National Property inspections; they, too, are TN licensed AND ASHI certified ( which is better than just the TN licensing). Jack Feldmann, though is my fave from a buyer's perspective.
