  help help help....i have crazy knee pain and foot pain on the outside of my left foot. I have had IT band problems in the past, but this knee pain is right in the center of my knee and feels like the bones are CRUSHING!! my foot feels like it has a massive bruise (although there isn't one). I can't go up steps/walk without a limp. i called Tennessee Sports Medicine and can't get in for TWO WEEKS!!! Anyone know any sports therapists or PT's that could help me out....I have a race coming up quickly and need to be able to atleast WALK to the finish line (although running is the preferred choice ;)).

  Try Pereformance Therapeutics on old weisgarber. 584-1054. A bunch of the therapists that used to work with krusenklaus went there. I go to the Chiro there and have seen those therapists in the past.
