  Looking for Vegetarian Friendly Thanksgiving Restaurant Hi lovely folks of /r/philadelphia. As the title states, I'm seeking a restaurant that will be serving dinner on Thanksgiving that has vegetarian friendly options. *Note - all but one of us will be eating Turkey, but the vegetarian is my wife, so I gotta find something she'll like.* Backstory: My family lives in the Baltimore area, my Aunt and her family live on Long Island. For various reasons, nobody really wants to host/cook or travel too far, so the greater Philly area is a good halfway point. Ya'll have a really great FAQ on food that I perused, but the vegetarian options listed there didn't seem to be hosting dinner on Thanksgiving, or at least it wasn't advertised on the ones I checked. So I'm seeking an expert opinion if such thing exists. Much appreciation in advance for any help ya'll can give, and we're looking forward to visiting your fair city.

  Check our Miss Rachel's Pantry: http://www.missrachelspantry.com/ I believe they do a vegan "Thanksgiving to Go" for $26/person. It's not a "sit down and eat" deal but it might be something to look into. Edit: I've not personally had their food but it's been recommended to me by many people (my partner is veg) and they are on all of "the lists" for vegetarians.

  Carley's Cakes (via Miss Rachel's pantry these days?) has a Facebook page. She has done two special occasion cakes for me and they were excellent. She delivers, too. I love Vegan Treats cakes, but my boyfriend thinks they are too sweet, yet he loves Carley's cakes.
