  Jeffrey F. wrote: I took my pc in to have the keyboard replaced and they fired my PC and still had the nerve to change me $250. I would never take a PC to this company you do not know if they will destroy it and still change you for a repair that they did not compete. I had to buy a new PC and still pay these people $250.00. They are a rip off.
