My sister fell in a parking lot in a pothole(next to the handicap spot!) she broke arm and ankle. her husband had them write up a report before she went to hospital and store is saying they are not responsible for their parking lot!   If you can get him to take the case....Stuart Vess.....THE BEST ATTORNEY THIS STATE HAS EVER SEEN!!!!! 758-3320. He's likely to decline but try.....he's been my attorney for 30 years for whatever. He is the best of the best of the best.
