  Elayne: Looking for a great old fashioned mechanic to check out and repair my sons 1993 Mercury Cougar. We took it to Cerritos Ford and they said they don't have parts or tools to repair it. . It is running but needs some work. His job depends on him having his car. PLease help asap. Thanks.
