  Charming Restaurant Recommendations? Hello All! Long time reader, first time poster to this subreddit. I am originally from CT (miss it dearly) and have been away from there for about eleven years. My parents still live there and I’d really like to treat my mother to a nice meal for Mother’s Day. I’m hoping to call the restaurant and ask them to hold a gift certificate for her. She loves quaint and charming locations and it’s been so long since I’ve been to CT I don’t even know where to begin with my search! They live in central CT but love a good ride to the quiet corners. Can anyone suggest a charming, nice restaurant I can treat her to? Thank you!!
