They said we were the crazy ones. In the thriving community of Pnei Kedem, overlooking the Dead Sea, we established the first olive vineyard, an infusion of robust strains of Syrian and Picual olives. We were called foolish. Yet we nurtured the olives with special attention, love, sweat, and even a few tears. Out of this effort we bring you our special and fragrant oil. Grown in a wholesome setting, without using any pesticides. So feel free to indulge your dreams, go crazy, and stay foolish. Enjoy.
