Any olive oil that is marked "Kosher L'Pesach" with an Eida HaChareidis or Rav Rubin hechsher is 100% because the plants can't put kitniyot oil in it. Pereg brand is also reliable.

Adina Troper Dayan - my bro helps protect the olive harvest across the Green Line and always brings back a couple of bottles of oil, but PC or not, I find the taste a bit sharp for me.

Meshek Achiya is my brand of choice at the super, very reliable to be pure evoo. The supers carry only their blended oil however. Specialty shops are more likely to carry their specialty evoos which are made from single olive tree varieties. For fruity and delicate, IMO their best for salads and raw consumption, try their 100% Arbequina olive oil. The olive oil council stamp is a good sign, many have it, Arab made or not. Some w/out the stamp are good quality too like Etz Hazeit.

There's a product called Natural Egg White in English with everything else in Hebrew and the company name written in small letters in English is called Powertech Nutrition. It comes in a large milk container like package. I bought it in Ra'anana at the MEGA supermarket chain. Good Luck.

Patty Feig Mako yes, there are loads of shops for all kinds of things, outdoor furniture, indoor, balcony etc, all kinds of shops and prices. Saturday is a great day to shop there, half of haifa is there!

Keshet Tayamim in Hadar is open, but obviously not Kosher.. Also all the shops in Isfiya are booming on a Shabbat, for homewards theres loads up there - I recommend M Carmel, or Mansour.

Dear Bracha. If you value your life, avoid cheap vodka and Arak, due to methanol risks. There had been news reports about bad alcoholic drinks. However, if you need the vodka for cleaning purpose, then we have those in Karmiel in most of the Russian stores.
