  Hi all. I am looking to get some new tenants in without using a management agency. Wondering if anyone has tried to do the same and what the process is. Mainly I want to know what questions to ask to vet tenants and the documents needed from them. P.s. I will be using management firms going forward, but this property is not mine but and my friends who is adamant not to use one as they had bad experiences in the past.
