I use White Cross in Roundhay but they don't open Sunday. Beechwood on Austhorpe Rd expensive. Holly House are good as well. Leptospirosis is an awful disease with no cure and the Lepto 2 vaccine is ok, the Lepto 4 vaccine has been implicated in some deaths but my vet said that Lepto 4 isn't a problem up North. I rescued a dog which had been infected before I got him and had to watch his demise. I always have my dogs vaccinated with Lepto 2

Having absolutely no success trying to find a large animal vet practice in our area, LS25. We have three elderly sheep which sadly have reached the end of their days....
Paula B. replied:
Paul Warriner will know one. He's a farmer in north Leeds.
Suzanne G. replied:
Westwood vets in Garforth and Boston Spa say they deal with companion animals and equines. Sheep being in between should fall into their catchment. Give them a ring and they should be able to put you on to someone else if they can't do it. So sorry. X
Paula B. replied:
You could ask at https://www.facebook.com/597379186972385Yorkshire Vets - Shadwell too. They are a large practice and have a mobile vet team.

Tracey R. replied:
Paula wheres Yorkshire vets hun please xx
Paula B. replied:
Tracey they have several branches. If you go on their website you'll see which is closest to you. Their rabbit specialist is Becky who works at https://www.facebook.com/597379186972385Yorkshire Vets - Shadwell and I think she also does a clinic at the Meanwood surgery. TBH, rabbits are such fragile and expensive pets to own I think it's worth you starting with Yorkshire vets because then it will be easier for you to access a vet on a weekend if necessary. They have an animal hospital near Pudsey that is open 7 days a week.
