  In Nuremberg there's a pretty good HNO at Rathenauplatz (http://www.nuernberg-hno.de/). He's not too friendly (no-nonesence type of guy) but good doctor with decent command of English too. I visited him before. However, normally you should see your house doctor first - and then, if necessary, they refer you to the specialist
