Hello! Can anyone recommend a good morning exercise class in Wycombe or closeby which isn't too difficult?

Check out Wycombe Rye Lido. 60 classes per week. I teach Pilates there on Monday morning, a yoga/Pilates fusion class on Thursday morning, and LBT followed by Pilates on Friday late morning. There are also yoga classes running on other mornings. I'm assuming when you say "not too difficult" that you mean not too intense or high impact? Pilates and Yoga aren't easy though: obviously they are non-impact and their intensity isn't the same as say BodyPump or Bootcamp Circuits. However, they both require focus, concentration and patience as progress is slow (it's a learning curve) and comes only from regular practice - but they are both so worth it!
