En La Ruta vegana queremos acercarte el veganismo de una manera sencilla y deliciosa, mostrando que se puede comer muy rico sin necesidad de los animales.

Happy day before Christmas everyone. Anyone know a any really good places that have some great vegetarian and meat dishes? I'm trying to take my staff out for a very nice thank you meal and I have a vegetarian who has been forced to eat cheese quesadillas, guacamole and salsa every time I take them out. So I'd really want him to have something special this time. The rest of us eat everything and I'm sure we could all enjoy a veggie dish too, especially if they had lots of options. Is this possible in Mexico?

La Ruta Vegana (https://www.facebook.com/LaRutaVegana) will be opening in Centro on Dec. 26. I haven't seen their place or of course eaten there but I am excited to try it, you might check it out too.
