  Need recommendations for HVAC repair. Unfortunately our HVAC broke during the coldest week of the season! We called Marvin Kanze, who we used for about 10 years, and he sent someone out on Monday, who told us we needed a part that would be in within a day or two. My wife called today and never got a return call. She called again and the man who answered laughed and said "Of course your part hasn't been ordered. The tech hasn't been back in the office since Monday." Seriously?!?!?!? We have no heat and he is laughing?!?!?!? We have used Kanze for 11 years....never ever again.... Any recommendations for a good residential HVAC contractor are greatly appreciated!!
