  The preschool at Starmount Presbyterian Church is great. I am not sure if they have art school per se... they have the 9-1 pm program .. you can choose 1 -5 days a week. They are great with the kids though. And they do art pretty much every day... http://www.starmountpres.org/ Good luck..
