  I think we live across the street from you. Cris Frakes (215-725-4436; acbsmasonry.com) did a great job with some exterior brick repointing (bottom third or so of facade and around second floor windows).

Used to point the top of my chimney, a totally fantastic job, it was an eyesore, now you can't even tell, it is perfect. Gorgeous. And the price was great, I had numerous other estimates that were up to 5 times as high. He is a highly skilled craftsman, 2 nd generation.
