We would love a lease with option to buy, but here's what we are looking for: 3 bedrooms 1 1/2-2 bathrooms (prefer that there be at least a 1/2 bath in basement) Finished basement (for my in home daycare) Fenced in yard preferred Lots of hardwood floors are preferred as our daughter has allergies and asthma Garage would be great, but not required (attached or detached is fine) Payments must be under $1,000 per month If you can help, please let me know as our current lease is up January 1st and we do not want to renew our lease!!!!!
