  Dr. LaValley on 21 st st. The address is 4525 SW 21 st St, and # is 272~4242. The office is on 21 st st just a little ways past gage heading towards fairlawn! He has been a chiropractor for years, and does an awesome job! He's very gentle, and even fixes spots on me and my hubby we didn't even know where out of place! If u go w/him, tell him I referred u!
