Wendi S. replied:
Christopher "Kip" Kauffman 785 843 7373- he used to adjust Caenan to help avoid tubes being placed in his ears....worked, no tubes. He is still Chad's chiropractor to this day.

Dr. Doug Frye, MD, at The Center for Manual Medicine on 21 st Street http://www.ctrmm.com
Elizabeth L. replied:
There is an MD who does physiatry, like a chiropractor but with a real physician medical degree, the ability to prescribe medication, perform surgery, and has hospital privileges. He owns The Center for Manual Medicine on 21 st. And except for Jack, does the best back and neck manipulation I've found. They also do rehab and other therapy there. Good medical practice. Highly recommend.
Sorry to hear about J.L. -- back pain is NO fun. We usually go to Connie Lang at 6 th & Rice Road.
Sonya H. replied:
Does anyone use Dr Wade? Does anyone have Dr Penn phone #
Penny J. replied:
Dr. Bolz is an old cattle farmer and he's from Valley Falls. J L felt right at home as lot of small town people work there. He's going back tomorrow for another adjustment. Thank you all for your help, it's better with recommendations from friends <3

I have heard good things about Dr. Penn, too.

Dr. Lucas is great, all of them are good in that office. The Foths know him. He helped me after my rear-ender accident a couple of years ago with great results!
Does anyone know of any really good chiropractors around Topeka. I am really needing one. I'm sick of not being able to have a normal day :'(
Cheryl S. replied:
Mine in Meriden is wonderful! I was scared of chiropractors until I went to her. Her name is Allie at Meriden Chiropractor. I think she only works Monday to Thursday but call her. 785-484-3311 1 · Yesterday at 10:18 pm

Hope it's okay to ask here... A Google search just doesn't help pinpoint a good vet and ya'll are sporty... I'm looking for a vet for a second opinion (and/or) rehab vet...
Jeff S. replied:
Dr Perkins from Canine Performance in Lee's Summit. She deals with a lot of sport dogs so understands the difference. She is a chiropractor (and also a vet) - I take my dogs to her as do several other KCDD folks and agility people we know.
Jennifer A. replied:
If you can't get in to Dr Perkins as quickly as you want, Dr Travis Gratton at University Bird & Small Animal Hospital is also wonderful. I'm 2 hrs west of KC & drive an hour each way to see him, as do all of my sports dog friends around here. I very much trust his opinion & everyone I have recommended him to agrees. He's easier to get in to see than Dr Perkins (who I have also heard nothing but great things about). He has even stayed late to fit my dog in for a last minute appointment. He too is a chiropractor & a vet & sees numerous sports dogs. http://universitybird.com
Janel D. replied:
Connie Schulte with Blue Pearl is a certified rehab vet. A lot of her clients use her and Dr Perkins or Dr Sandy Leonard (both Chiro certified Vet's) or a whole approach to an injury.
Has anyone seen a good chiropractor after they gave birth? I think I need one!

I saw Dr. Ali Currie at Meriden Chiropractic and loved it! She helped me SO much after I gave birth!! Well worth the 20-minute drive, and she is cheaper than the Topeka chiro my husband has seen.
Sarah H. replied:
Dr. Brett Counselman is great!
Sarah H. replied:
Dr. Brett did too! I saw him during my recent one which helped a lot
Annika W. replied:
Dr Anna McCoy is great! I saw her regularly throughout my last pregnancy and it really helped. Need to go see her this week.
Please provide me with some recommendations on a maternity chiropractor in Topeka. Thanks in advance!
