  I know of a private cake maker who is absolutely phenomenal. Sally Tracey, in Chatham, NJ. 973-635-1710. My Mom and Aunt use her, and she makes incredible cakes. Also, Calandra's Bakery in Fairfield, NJ, (also in Caldwell), and Viking Bakery in Denville, NJ.
