  Hi Maggie Michalowicz , we are also looking for one to take care of our 5 months old son for a few hours during the day. Try www.topayuda.es. We were surprised of how many women are looking for a job as a nanny in that area. About the languages no idea though, I'm fine with Spanish. But the site is quite good as you can filter.
