  Honestly, you're better off doing it yourself. Go to mytenspeeds.com and read his section on packing and shipping bikes. Yes, it's the ugliest website ever, but the info is useful. You'll need to get a box from a bike shop, but they'll usually give them away. If they want you to pay, just go to another shop.
