During training, pre and post massage repairs muscular problems by use of proven hands on techniques.
After exertion massage minimises stiffness and speeds up repair to damaged tissue as an inevitable result of physical fatigue and stress.
Reiki Therapy
Laura is a fully qualified Reiki Master and uses her healing techniques to help Horses and humans with both emotional and physical problems.
Reiki healing
This form of healing works by restoring the correct energy levels to your body using hands-on techniques. Reiki is a great way of improving energy levels and general health and wellbeing. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki for Horses
If your horse has emotional problems such as those due to a traumatic situation such as abuse, neglect, or a riding accident, reiki can help release and heal those emotions.
For behavioral issues such as nervousness, Reiki can help your horse relax and reduce their stress and anxiety.
If your horse is sick or injured, Reiki can help your horse heal more quickly. If your horse is facing a serious illness, Reiki can help bring comfort and be a great compliment to conventional treatment.

I have an older mare with quite a severe muscular issue in her back legs and I need somebody out Next week ideally she is field sound but unable to lay down or roll in the field because of this (I think I'm not a qualified person obviously)Will need somebody to come out once a month for at least 3 months I should think.
