About us
Gabriella qualified from NLSSM with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage and treats privately from Turnpike Lane in North London, as well as at South Quay Chiropractic in Canary Wharf.
She worked professionally as a ballet dancer, until a knee injury in her early 20s led to a career change. As a result, she developed a keen interest in the body, injuries and remedial work and began her career as a massage therapist.
Gabriella sees a range of clients with varying conditions, from office workers with back problems, to performers, musicians and sports people, and believes that Sports and Remedial Massage can benefit everyone. Whether it is used to ease tension and balance the soft tissue of the body to encourage relaxation, reduce pain and improve alignment, or to aid recovery following an injury for optimum performance, massage can hugely improve the functioning of the body in many ways. It can also centre the body and help with stress reduction.
Gabriella is committed to developing her skills as a practitioner and continues to attend CPD courses.
