  Not in Grandview, but I had MAJOR work done to my foundation / basement and after receiving many estimates went with Andrew and his team at Spartan. I never once regretted that decision. They did fantastic work, came in under the estimate, were honest! And actually showed up to work when they said they were going to - which as we all know doesn't happen much any more. http://www.spartanfoundationrepair.com/ He's a good guy.
