Spartan foundation or panty foundation or Olsen foundatiin. If you haven't yet you might want a structural engineer first to write what is needed so the foundation company follows that. It is always a better. Place to start

We had Alliance Restoration do our front stonework great job. Joshua Dunn I believe is the owner and he did most of the work also. 913-742-1516

Check out Norris Foundation or Mokan foundation. And get a couple quotes as sometimes foundation companies will tell you different things at different prices. A structural engineer will tell you exactly what the problem is if you are super concerned about what exactly is going on.

I had Pier Magic fix a buckling foundation wall 7 years ago, also put a tar membrane on the outside of the wall and install a sump pump. I've been satisfied with the results. Also the trench needed along the outer wall was dug by hand rather than by machine as to avoid risk of damaging the wall further. Six of the hardest working Mexican guys you ever saw dug 75 ft x 8 ft x 2 ft of the nastiest wet clay you ever saw in 1 day. The price they had quoted me was the middle of 3 bids.

http://www.foundationsguy.com/ Did some work for me earlier this year. An absolutely stand-up guy. We'd hired an engineer to evaluate our foundation (issue similar to yours) and brought in about half a dozen foundation contractors to bid on it. This guy was the best price and the only one who agreed to do what the engineer recommended rather than offering his own more expensive recommendations.

I have used both Norris Foundation and Cornerstone Foundation in the past (at the recommendation of my real estate agent mom who deals with them both all the time) and had a good experience with each of them. This was to put in steel wall restraints due to major cracking and a bow in foundation wall. I really liked Norris Foundation best, but Cornerstone does good work and is often cheaper.
Before I start looking in the yellow pages I would rather have a referral for someone for leaking basement wall/foundation repair. Does anyone have any good referrals?
