  Anonymous Allan was unprofessional from the start. They did not bill in a timely fashion. I was charged for things that I found out later I could easily do myself. I was charged for every e-mail he returned. They also had different permutations of their email addresses @j-town which seemed odd and unprofessional. I didn't feel respected nor as a valued customer. E-mail correspondence with him and his secretary, both native English speakers, frequently included misused and misspelled words, which displayed a lack of care they demonstrated in person. He is popular among Anglos but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
