  We need to have a landscape company come out and do a once-over on our rental property before we hand the keys back to the owner after move out. It's just a basic mowing, edging, blowing, plus a patch of unruly overgrown grass that needs weed whacking around a large planting bed where the mower does not fit to trim up the area. Also need back patio neatened. Lot is standard, tight Heritage lot on Curly Willow Lane. Any recommendations for someone who will do a good job, be on time, not cancel on me last minute, affordable?
