  We used to use the Dog Fancier on Torrington Street in Winsted...very small place and very small staff. I can't remember the price, but I believe it as reasonable: 860-379-6520. If I had a dog, I would check out the Roaring Brook Vets who also do grooming besides day care. I don't know if they are pricey but through the years we had 5 vets and they were by far the best. Wish I had known them sooner. Their day care looks fun. They are located in Canton 860-693-0603.
