  Where can I go or who can I talk to about helping with a Vet bill? My dog did the splits a couple of times and I have reason to believe she busted up her back. Poor baby is only 11 months old. I can't afford the bill because I am having a baby in July and an swamped on my bills... Please no negative comments I need to get her to a vet Right Away for xrays.
