  I don't think waste management does one time dumpster. Smith sanitation let me keep a 12 yards dumpster for two weeks. Flat rate of $450

  Waste management is a lot more expensive to rent dumpster from than smith. We got a 30 yard from smith 3 weeks ago for 2 weeks it was 580. Including 3 tons than 60 bucks per ton after.
