  We are in need of remodel help for our bathroom and are not faring well to date in our search. This is a small bathroom in a condo that needs a new vanity/countertop/mirror and the ceiling lights/fan moved. New floors too, but we can wait on that and do them when we do the rest of the place. So far, the contractors have no-showed, come in and left in less than 5 minutes and come in and talked to is for 30-minutes and promised quotes multiple times that have never arrived. If you know of anyone who can help for all or part of this project, please let me know. We would also like to see if we can turn our one sink into two, but now the thought of also finding a plumber is making my head spin! Any leads greatly appreciated! We are not opposed to giving this work to someone who works @ a remodel company and moonlights on the side to make extra $.

  I had very similar experience when I was looking, had about 7 different contractors come in, none got back to me with a quote. It was becoming a bit of joke and an irritation because they kept wasting my time. I even told a couple if they were not interested in the work to just tell me! They still did not.... I finally found a great guy- I know he is busy at the moment but he is forthcoming and honest and will let you know the score! He did a great job on my house. Kerry Knestis, 206-790-5440
