  I am in desperate need of finding a podiatrist (foot doctor - surgeon) in Fort Wayne or Muncie. Prefer mature Doctor with a good track record. Kind of thinking Parkview in fort Wayne. Must come back to Indiana as soon as possible for foot surgery. Surgery sooner than later. Would do it in Florida but no insurance coverage down here and even if so, I would have to stay at least 6 consecutive months. Any suggestions appreciative and considered.

  Judy, So sorry you are dealing with this. Dr. Dominick DeTommaso at Ft Wayne Orthopedics 800.566.5659. He has a passion for doing foot surgery. Anyone who has a passion for what they do means they are very good at their skill. I have to think that if your FL doctor called them (for you) that that would EXPEDITE getting you in sooner than later. Please don't hesitate to ask your FL doctor if he would do this. Why would he not. And, I've learned you don't know until you ask. Whatever doctor you decide on...ask the FL doctor to call the Indiana doctor (for you). EXPEDITIOUSLY...ASK THEM TO MAKE THIS CALL FOR YOU ON MONDAY MORNING.
