About us
Furry Friends’ mission is to help animals in need. Those that are sick, injured, abused, neglected and abandoned are our top priority regardless of breed or age. All of them are precious and are deserving of the best care we can provide.
Furry Friends' No-Kill Adoption program ensures that each animal in our care receives the best possible medical treatment, love and attention while awaiting its forever home. As a No-Kill shelter, Furry Friends allows the animals in our adoption program the time needed to heal wounded bodies and broken spirits before beginning their new lives with the very special people who open their homes and their hearts by adopting them.
Furry Friends also believes that the answer to pet overpopulation and the suffering it causes is through sterilization, not euthanasia. Furry Friends has been a pioneer in low cost and juvenile spay/neuter since 1985.
Furry Friend’s full service veterinary hospital is open to the public and is part of the overall charitable organization. Furry Friend’s veterinary clients receive top notch medical care from our three full time veterinarians and experienced and dedicated support staff.
Furry Friends receives no government funding and relies on donations from the public, grants and our own fundraising efforts. Please consider making a much needed tax deductible donation to Furry Friends today. Call 561-747-5311 Ext 6
Our veterinary clinic is open Monday- Friday, 8am-6pm and on Saturday from 8am-1pm
Our Jupiter adoption center is open Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm
Our Pick of the Litter Thrift & Boutique is open Monday 11am-3pm (during season), Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm
Our Palm City Ranch is by appointment only.
